HELLYEAH

HELLYEAH and Better Noise Music: A Legacy of Power, Passion, and Purpose

Heavy groove-metal supergroup HELLYEAH, featuring members of Mudvayne, Pantera, and Nothingface, forged an explosive partnership with Better Noise Music, that defined the band’s most successful and emotionally charged era. Across four powerhouse albums — Band of Brothers (2012), Blood for Blood (2014), Undeniable (2016), and Welcome Home (2019) — HELLYEAH delivered raw intensity, deeply personal songwriting, and a string of radio-dominating singles that cemented their status as modern metal icons.

Released in 2012, Band of Brothers marked a turning point for HELLYEAH, showcasing a heavier, more authentic sound rooted in the band’s Texas-metal spirit. Songs like “Band of Brothers” and “Drink Drank Drunk” became fan favorites, with the latter earning strong airplay on active rock radio and solidifying the band’s reputation for delivering unapologetic, anthemic hard rock.

In 2014, HELLYEAH returned with Blood for Blood — a career-defining record that balanced aggression with emotional honesty. The singles “Sangre por Sangre (Blood for Blood)” and “Moth” both became staples on U.S. rock radio. “Moth” in particular reached the Top 20 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock chart, becoming one of the band’s biggest hits. The album’s success reflected both their creative rebirth and Eleven Seven Music’s strong radio and marketing support.

Undeniable (2016) pushed HELLYEAH even further, blending groove-heavy riffs with introspection. The standout single “Human” climbed into the Top 10 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart, while “Love Falls” became another radio favorite, praised for its emotional depth and melodic strength. The album debuted in the Billboard Top 20, proving HELLYEAH’s continued relevance and appeal to both metal and mainstream rock audiences.

Tragically, Welcome Home (2019) became the band’s final studio album featuring legendary drummer Vinnie Paul Abbott, who passed away during its production. Released through Better Noise Music, the record served as a heartfelt tribute to his legacy. Singles like “Welcome Home” and “Oh My God” received heavy radio rotation, with “Welcome Home” reaching the Top 10 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart. The album debuted at #8 on the U.S. Rock Albums chart, celebrating both the band’s strength and resilience.

Through their years with Better Noise Music, HELLYEAH not only delivered some of their most powerful music but also honored the spirit of brotherhood and perseverance that defined them. Their partnership with the label produced chart-topping singles, critically acclaimed albums, and an enduring impact on the global metal community.
