Joining forces for an unprecedented collaboration —yet again! — multi-platinum pop-punk royalty YELLOWCARD link up with none other than GRAMMY®-nominated artist, producer, DJ, entrepreneur, and visionary Steve Aoki on a brand new song entitled “Hell With Me” out now via Better Noise.

Worlds collide once more as these two powerhouses pool their collective talents and energies to create a genre-busting crossover banger.

The track arrives as a highlight from Yellowcard’s eagerly anticipated Deluxe Edition of the acclaimed Better Days, available today.

“Hell With Me” marks the second official collab between Yellowcard and Aoki, channeling the chemistry they first unlocked with the 2023 EDM remix of the band’s 2003 smash “Ocean Avenue” and amplifying it. Trusted Yellowcard collaborator and producer Neil Avron notably mixed the track.

“Hell With Me” originated from a demo cooked up by Aoki. Once the group got its collective hands on it, the two respective styles seamlessly blended. The tune’s unshakable melody interlocks like the missing puzzle piece within the inventive production. Fusing electronic, pop, and punk into a new vision for alternative, the song transcends boundaries.

Yellowcard vocalist and guitarist Ryan Key said, “We’ve gotten to work with Steve a few times now and he is an absolute legend. He had a demo laying around for this song that he thought would be fun to collaborate on and it became ‘Hell With Me.’ We also got to reunite with our long-time producer Neal Avron who mixed the track.”

Akoi echoed the excitement, saying, “This is a song we’ve been working on for a long time and I’m really proud of what we did with it. This is a 2027 mixture of rock and electronic coming together. I can’t wait for everyone to hear it.”

The band set the stage for Better Days (Deluxe) with their fan-favorite single, “Calvary Drive.” Right out of the gate, it received plugs from HEAVY Magazine, Rock ‘N’ Load, Wasted Attitude, and Rock Sound who praised it as”a buoyant piece of timeless pop-punk brimming with nostalgia, longing and endless Summer brightness,” going on to assure, “The song itself feels quintessential Yellowcard in sound and substance.”

Prior, they shared the cross-generational phenomenon “Bedroom Posters” (Feat. Blippi). It landed looks from Rock Sound and New Noise Magazine who applauded how, “This version of the song preserves the original’s high-spirit energy and Blippi adds his own distinctive spark to it.”

At the top of the year, Yellowcard teamed with Good Charlotte for the first collaborative version of “Bedroom Posters.” Popping off as a matchmade in pop-punk heaven, it tallied 2.6 million Spotify streams and vaulted to #1 on the Billboard Alternative Airplay Chart.

Is there any other band who could seamlessly collaborate with Steve Aoki, Blippi, and Good Charlotte in the same year?! Only the same band that also collaborated with Avril Lavigne and Alkaline Trio.

The deluxe edition caps a career-redefining run for Yellowcard. Since its release in October 2025, Better Days has surpassed 65 million streams and delivered Yellowcard their first and second-ever #1 hits at Alternative radio — the title track “Better Days,” followed by “Bedroom Posters,” featuring Good Charlotte, which is included on the deluxe edition. The album cycle has also seen the band cross over in unexpected directions. It proves there is no ceiling to the things that Yellowcard can and will do.

Next up, Yellowcard will canvas North America throughout September on tour. In November, they cross the pond to hit the road in Europe with Good Charlotte.

ABOUT YELLOWCARD:
Yellowcard meant it when they said goodbye. The lights dimmed on one of the most beloved pop-punk and alt-rock bands of the 2000s with intention and authenticity. Wrapping things up with a farewell tour, Yellowcard exited the “right” way, with grace, appreciation, and finality. But the story wasn’t complete. Legacy cracked the door. Healing blew it wide open. Riding a resurgence that saw the global Ocean Avenue 20th anniversary tour featured in Forbes and a reconciliation that put all four members at peace with their legacy and each other, Yellowcard made the most ambitious and emotionally resonant record of their career. Better Days, the band’s first album in nearly a decade, was produced by blink-182’s Travis Barker, who also played drums on every track.  Their first release with powerhouse label Better Noise Music, Better Days is Yellowcard’s testimony that healing is a process, growth is nonlinear, and sometimes the best chapter opens after the supposed ending. This isn’t just a return. It’s a reckoning. And this time, Yellowcard is ready.
